1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RALO Systems services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Access & eligibility
Access to RALO is currently granted on a whitelist basis. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, including where usage violates these terms or threatens platform integrity.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or exceed contracted capacity in a manner that degrades service for others.
4. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at purchase. Usage-based charges accrue based on routed requests, cache capacity, and data transfer. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Service availability
We target the uptime commitments published on our status page. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RALO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
