Privacy Policy

RALO Systems ("RALO", "we", "us") provides infrastructure for autonomous AI agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to ralo.lat and our platform services.

We collect account information you provide (name, work email, company), technical data required to operate the service (API request metadata, routing logs, cache keys), and usage analytics. We do not sell personal data.

We use collected information to provision and secure your workspace, route and cache agent requests, measure performance and cost, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about access and service updates.

Request payloads passing through the Enterprise Data Bridge are processed in-memory and are not persisted beyond the configured cache TTL. Operational logs are retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required for security or legal obligations.

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and deployment models (including single-tenant and VPC) that let enterprise customers keep data within their perimeter.
